1. Acceptance of Terms

By using bagSIREN ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

bagSIREN is a portfolio monitoring service that:

• Monitors Solana wallet addresses for price movements
• Sends alerts via Telegram, SMS, and voice calls
• Does NOT custody funds, execute trades, or provide investment advice

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for illegal activities

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate wallet addresses
• Maintaining phone number and Telegram access
• Securing your account credentials
• All activity under your account

5. Fees and Payment

Pricing:

• 8-hour session: 0.02 SOL base + optional SMS upgrade (0.02 SOL)
• 24-hour session: 0.05 SOL base + optional SMS upgrade (0.035 SOL)
• Service fee: 22.5% applied to all sessions
• Prices subject to change with notice

Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once monitoring begins. No refunds for unused session time.

6. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or alert delivery
• Price data accuracy (delays may occur)
• Prevention of financial losses
• Compatibility with all tokens

We may experience downtime for maintenance, Solana network issues, or third-party service disruptions.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service at your own risk
• Verify all alerts independently
• Not rely solely on our alerts for trading decisions
• Understand cryptocurrency volatility and risks
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the Service

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Monitor wallets you do not own without permission
• Spam, abuse, or overload our systems
• Resell or redistribute alerts
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Privacy and Data

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

10. Disclaimers

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: bagSIREN provides informational alerts only. We are not financial advisors. All investment decisions are your own.

NO WARRANTIES: Service provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency is highly volatile and speculative. Losses can be total.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lezlie Drive LLC is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, or service interruptions
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
• We are not responsible for Solana network failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lezlie Drive LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For Terms violations
• For suspected fraud or abuse
• At our discretion with or without notice

Termination does not entitle you to refunds.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iowa, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Dubuque County, Iowa courts.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
