1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using bagSIREN (the "Service"), operated by Lezlie Drive LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

bagSIREN is a Solana blockchain monitoring service that sends alerts — including voice calls, SMS messages, and Telegram notifications — when token prices in a monitored wallet cross user-defined thresholds. The Service is delivered via Telegram bot at @bagSIREN_bot.

bagSIREN is a monitoring and awareness tool only. It does not execute trades, manage funds, provide financial advice, or have any access to or control over your wallet or funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on bagSIREN or delivered through the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All alerts are informational only. You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss.

5. Wallet Access and Security

• bagSIREN requires only your public Solana wallet address.
• We do not require, request, or store private keys, seed phrases, or signing permissions.
• We read publicly available blockchain data only and cannot move, access, or affect your funds in any way.
• You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and credentials.

6. Payment and Sessions

• bagSIREN uses a pay-per-session model. Sessions are purchased in SOL cryptocurrency.
• All payments are final and non-refundable once a session has been activated.
• Session prices are displayed within the @bagSIREN_bot interface and are subject to change.
• Nothing auto-renews. Each session must be manually activated.
• A free 8-hour trial session is available to new users as described in the bot interface.

7. SMS Alerts

By opting in to SMS alerts, you consent to receive transactional text messages from bagSIREN related to your monitored wallet activity. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe immediately.
• Reply HELP for support information.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties.
• Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service.
• Use the Service to monitor wallets you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility when using the Service.

9. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. bagSIREN may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service outages (including Helius RPC, Twilio, Telegram, or Jupiter), or factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for missed alerts, missed trading opportunities, or financial losses resulting from Service downtime, delays, or failures.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALERTS WILL BE DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER OR WITHOUT ERROR.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEZLIE DRIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lezlie Drive LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubuque County, Iowa.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made.
